Meadow Park

Meadow Park is a beautifully built and maintained community. It has 281 very large pads with mature trees. The wide cement streets are well maintained with yearly street cleaning, excellent snow removal and wonderful street lighting. Most streets offer some street parking as well as driveways. All lots are fenced to the back.
 

A city park, playground, and ball diamonds are located next to Meadow Park with walking paths. Pets are allowed with owner supervision when outside or owner supplied kennels. Meadow Park is close to schools and is on the CAT Bus Route as well. To top it off garbage, water and sewer are paid. 

Kelly and Kim Geir have managed manufactured home communities since 1985 and have managed Meadow Park since 1993. They continually strive to make Meadow Park a GREAT place to live. They are well educated in Equal Housing - Fair Housing Laws, City and State regulations and everything relating to manufactured housing.
